On March 9 2024 PT Quantum Infra Solusindo held internal training at the Trembesi Hotel with the title Interactive Motivational & Teamwork Training which was mentored by Mr Louis Sastrawijaya who is known as a National Motivator “Coach” who learned from the world’s best teachers in Australia & America United and has been trusted by more than 500 companies/institutions and has experience teaching more than 2,500 classes in various big cities in Indonesia.
Interactive Motivational & Teamwork Training is eagerly awaited and enthusiastically welcomed by all PT Quantum Infra Solusindo employees. The event began with an “Opening Speech” by Mr. Benny Hendra as Director of PT Quantum Infra Solusindo who expressed the hope that training could become a series that helps all employees and the Company to remain enthusiastic and always have a positive attitude even though sometimes they have to face negative issues that can arise in unpredictable times and from the internal and external environment.
PT. Quantum Infra Solusindo chose the theme “LEVEL UP!” or “RAINING THE LEVEL” namely the spirit of increasing motivation and loyalty as well as breaking mindsets and attitudes which can have an impact on improving work performance, building a spirit of team collaboration and WOW excellent service. Companies cannot hope for “HOCKEY” and continue to struggle with PROBLEMS, but must be ready to answer CHALLENGES in the midst of internal and external issues so that when the company gets a “MIRACLE” it is a contribution from hard work.
Briefly, “Coach” Louis said that there are 5 “Growth Mindset” synergies that every employee needs to have, namely starting from “PASSION, COMPETENCE, PERSISTENCE, COLLABORATION and SERVICE EXCELLENT”.
