The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) is currently the obligation of all health facilities in Indonesia. This began with the 2021-2024 Health Digital Transformation Blueprint based on the spirit of realizing a Healthy Indonesia from the Indonesian Ministry of Health which was launched at the end of December 2021 by Budi Gunawan Sadikin, Indonesian Minister of Health. One of the first steps in the Digital Health Transformation is to create health data interoperability and to create National health data that is more precise, effective and efficient. It is on this basis that the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records has been issued, in which one of the important points is contained in Article 9 which highlights that every electronic system operator in electronic medical records must be registered as an Electronic System Operator (PSE) in the health sector. health in the ministry responsible for the field of communication and informatics in accordance with statutory provisions.
