PT. Quantum Infra Solusindo An information technology company that provides Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) and Klink (SIM Clinic) in partnership with Sysmex Indonesia, a provider of Health IT products and services for clinical laboratories, hospitals and healthcare providers, held the annual CEO Forum Sysmex Indonesia event at The St. Regis Hotel, Jakarta on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
This year, PT. Quantum Infra Solusindo together with Sysmex Indonesia carried the theme “A Vision for Sustainable Healthcare: Crafting Strategy and Integrating Innovations to Achieve the “Future We Want” and was attended by more than 200 stakeholders in the health sector, organizations, Hospitals, Ministries and Laboratories throughout Indonesia
In this Forum, 3 main topics were discussed, the first was the keynote session with the topic of Sysmex Beyond Healthcare filled by Emilani Nababan (President Director of PT Sysmex Indonesia), Frank Buescher, President & CEO of Sysmex Asia Pacific, Senior Executive Officer of Sysmex Corporation (Japan), Dr. Apt. Rizka Andalucia, M.Pharm, MARS (Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health) and Takashi Ono (Member of the Managing Board and Senior Executive Officer, Managing Director of Sysmex Corporation (Japan). On this topic, Sysmex delivered a presentation on Why and How Sysmex can become one of the most sustainable companies in the world. “Sysmex continues to be committed to being a strategic and trusted partner in the Indonesian health system. The sustainability of quality health services in Indonesia is our shared responsibility for the current generation and also our future generations. A commitment that must be pursued together by all stakeholders in the health ecosystem not only for the sustainability of the current business but also for the success of the organization in the future,” said Emilani Nababan, President Director of Sysmex Indonesia.
The second is a seminar session with the topic The Future We Want for Healthcare in Indonesia moderated by Grace Tahir (President Director of Mayapada Hospital & Founder of Everest Media). In this seminar there were three speakers including Edy Widjaja (Senior Partner AP Bain & Company Singapore), Dr. Dewi Muliaty, M.Si (President Director of PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk) and Dr. dr. Lia Partakusuma Sp.PK (K), MM, MARS, FAMM (Medical Director of PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC). This topic discusses in detail the importance and implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) in the health sector with a benchmark for ESG implementation at Prodia Lab and at Pertamina-assisted hospitals.
In the last session, the third one was packaged very interestingly with the concept of a Talkshow featuring the Chief Digital Transformation Office of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Setiaji, S.T., M.Sc. who has a very strong role in the progress of health digitalization in Indonesia. The talkshow presented Joyce H. Vidyayanti, MBA (Chief Financial Officer, PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk), Wee Kai Tay (Chief Executive Officer, Parkway Shenton Singapore), Dr. Andrew Wu, Ph.D (founder & Chief Executive Officer, Meshbio, Singapore), Benny Hendra (Founder & Director of PT Quantum Infra Solusindo) and Novianto Wahyudi (Head of IT Department PT Sysmex Indonesia).

Specifically in the session, Benny Hendra, Founder & Director of PT Quantum Infra Solusindo delivered a discussion on “Choosing the right information system for you and Indonesia’s healthcare future can be started by knowing the challenges and current situations that occur in the Indonesian Health Industry, closely related to Digital Health which was born due to the development of Electronic Health, There are 2 aspects, namely Population Trend and Patient Expectation”. Furthermore, the Founder & Director of PT Quantum Infra Solusindo who also has a Management Information System product, SIM-RS Medinfras said “that the information system in the health sector must then focus on Patent Safety, Coordinating/Integration of Care, Patient Experience and Reduce Waste which can increase the level of paperless starting from the patient agreement process, front-office system, clinical system (Electronic Medical Record and Nursing), back-office system to the use of machine learning for AI which can be a good dashboard for decision making by management”
The CEO Forum 2025 brings together executive leaders from various hospitals to discuss various perspectives from industry leaders and experts and develop strategies in providing health services and become a strong collaboration platform to unite visions with strategies and innovations in health services for sustainability in the future.
