PT Quantum Infra Solusindo has chosen ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 27001:2013 for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Obtaining ISO certification requires strict adherence to internationally recognized standards.
With ISO implementation becoming active at PT Quantum Infra Solusindo in early 2023, the company simultaneously carried out a Change Management transition. This ISO process—an embodiment of Change Management—demanded high commitment and discipline from employees and the company alike, ensuring product and service quality for the implementation of SIM-RS Medinfras across hospitals and clinics.
After overcoming various challenges, refining work standards, and introducing new tools to meet ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and ISO 27001:2013 (ISMS) requirements, PT Quantum Infra Solusindo successfully obtained full certification at the end of January 2024. The certification covers a comprehensive evaluation of design and development, implementation and service support for SIM-RS Medinfras, as well as electronic medical record module development within the system.
